As we approach winter solstice we are reminded that this is a wholesome and holy period of deep resolution, prayer and meditation. If you are not fulfilling your dreams, you are fulfilling your doubts.

Join me for this workshop to establish and act on the vision of your dreams. This will require your full focus, discipline and concentration of your conscious mind. We will work with the tools of Kundaliniyoga, including asanas, kriya, meditation, chanting and Gong relaxation. All are welcome!
